VR installation

An acclaimed and multi-awarded VR cultural project with cutting-edge VR technology.

The “Fundació La Caixa,” in collaboration with Calaf Industrial, commissioned us to develop an innovative virtual reality (VR) project offering a unique experience at the heart of music. The project consists of an amphitheater with over 30 seats, where visitors can enjoy a 360 VR film guided by Gustavo Dudamel, one of the most prominent figures in classical music.

This immersive experience takes audiences on a journey into the heart of music. With cutting-edge technology, the project offers a truly unique 360 VR film experience in a specially designed amphitheater, setting a new benchmark for innovation in the world of cultural exhibitions.

Our role was to create a synchronous playback software for all seats, ensuring a fully synchronized and immersive experience for every viewer. Additionally, we incorporated a multilingual feature to ensure global accessibility. The system also included an 8-channel surround sound setup, providing exceptional depth and allowing every musical detail to be heard in full richness.

The project was honored with the prestigious European Heritage Award, recognizing its excellence in blending cultural preservation with technological innovation. This VR experience not only allowed us to explore music in a groundbreaking way but also set a new standard for immersive technology in arts and culture.
